Our promise to YOU:

•  We will be a leader in safe sanitation practices with all team members carefully following sanitation standards required to operate a food service business in OH.

• All staff will pass a health check prior to each shift

• All indoor and outdoor seating options will comply with the appropriate social distancing guidelines.

• Hand sanitizer will be available upon entry and exit as well as located  around the establishment.

• We will clean and sanitize common areas regularly.

• All high-touch areas including tables, menus, and chairs will be cleaned and sanitized frequently.

Your promise to US:

• If you have been exposed to COVID-19 recently or have symptoms (including fever, cough, or shortness of breath) please help us keep everyone safe by using our carry-out option.

• If you have underlying health conditions or are otherwise concerned about contracting COVID-19, please feel free to use our carry-out option.

• Willingly follow social distancing and sanitary guidelines that have been put in place to protect you and our other customers and employees.

Please note that in compliance with the guidelines put forth by the State of Ohio and recommendations by the Ohio Restaurant Association, we have enhanced our procedures to provide a safe and clean environment for our customers and employees.  

Your health and safety are our #1 concern. We have enhanced our cleaning and sanitizing procedures and will implement the "safe distance"  seating and gathering guidelines.  Please note that when you are in Chubby's you will need to be seated.  Standing or gathering while standing will make us non-compliant.
